🍪 WHEN DO ORDERS SHIP?

Orders are shipped weekly on Wednesdays unless otherwise stated. Because all cookies are made fresh in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during launches or high-volume weeks.

📦 DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF SOUTH CAROLINA?

At this time, Emmy’s Bakehouse only ships within the state of South Carolina in accordance with South Carolina cottage food laws.

🏡 DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICKUP?

Local pickup will be available on select scheduled dates and locations. Pickup details will be announced through social media and at checkout when available.

🍪 HOW SHOULD I STORE MY COOKIES?

Cookies are best enjoyed within 3–5 days at room temperature in an airtight container. For longer freshness, cookies may also be frozen.

✨ ARE YOUR COOKIES MADE FRESH?

Yes! All cookies are baked fresh in small batches.
