Due to the nature of baked goods, all sales are final and we do not accept returns.
However, if there is an issue with your order, we are happy to help in the following situations:
- Your order arrives damaged
- You received the wrong item
- Your order is missing items
If any of the above applies, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Personal taste preferences
- Minor cosmetic imperfections
- Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
- Shipping delays caused by the carrier
