Shipping Policy

We currently ship within South Carolina only.

Orders are processed and shipped once per week. All items are baked fresh to order to ensure  quality.

Processing Time:  

Orders are prepared within 3–5 business days depending on order volume.

Shipping Day:  

Orders are shipped on Wednesdays

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Emmy’s Bakehouse is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.), weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Local Pickup Policy

Local pickup is available in Conway, South Carolina.

A minimum order of $20 is required to select local pickup at checkout.

Pickup days and times are scheduled and will be provided after your order is confirmed.

Please arrive within your selected pickup window. If you are unable to make your pickup time, please contact us in advance to arrange an alternative.

Orders not picked up may not be eligible for a refund.
